The Bear Went Over the Mountain children's book follows the journey of Ursa the bear. Written by John Tams and illustrated by Andy Mayers, the book also features a recording of the song by John accessible via the integrated QR code.

The book comes in 2 parts, the wordbook gives a version of the story. Once read and set aside the storyteller can retell the story freestyle, changing the story every time as they wish.

The picturebook is there to inspire new ways of telling the story.
